The fine print...

If you book lodging accommodations directly through this website at a qualifying property, and then find the same room, for the same number of guests, at the same property, and for the same dates at a lower price offered publicly (before taxes), we'll refund you the difference.

Qualifying properties are marked with the Lowest Rate Lock Guarantee logo on this web site at the time you make your reservation.

You'll need to provide proof of the lower offered rate, by calling us and providing the URL or a screen shot of the offer that you found. The lower rate must be a rate that is made publicly available by the lodging property and not a special or discounted rate, including AARP, AAA, military, government, membership, or corporate rates. The Lowest Rate Lock Guarantee does not apply to rooms booked through or in combination with frequent stay, loyalty, points, or other reward type programs.
