Get ready for an incredible New Year’s Eve with “Bill Anderson & Friends!”

“Bill Anderson,” known as “Whispering Bill,” a nickname hung on him years ago as a result of his breathy voice and his warm, soft approach to singing, is back in Branson. “Bill” is one of the most awarded songwriters in the history of country music, a million-selling recording artist many times over, television game show host, network soap opera star, author, spokesman for a nationwide restaurant chain, and a consummate onstage performer.  At the age of nineteen, he composed the country classic, City Lights, and began rapidly carving his place in musical history. Along came hit songs like Po’FolksMama Sang A SongThe Tips Of My Fingers8X10, and the unforgettable country and pop smash, Still.

“Moe Bandy” is famous for his love of traditional country music about cheatin’, the rodeo, and everything else that makes an unforgettable country song!  He’s generated hits like Americana, Bandy the Rodeo Clown, I Cheated Me Right Out of You, and I Just Started Hatin’ Cheatin’ Songs Today, just a small sample of his 40 Top Ten hit songs.

“Janie's Fricke’s” voice was heard by tens of millions of people before she ever recorded her first song. That is because she had a very successful career as a jingle singer on well known commercials including Red Lobster, Coca-Cola and United Airlines. Singing with the biggest names in country music led “Janie” to her first solo recording contract. She started topping the charts with hits like Don't Worry 'Bout Me Baby, She's Single Again, He's A Heartache, and Down To My Last Broken Heart.

“T.G. Sheppard” scored #1 hit status on 20 singles, including Devil in the Bottle, Last Cheater’s Waltz, Party Time, and I’ll Be Coming Back for More. The dashing country crooner with that rock-influenced, urban cowboy sound, established himself as a singer in his own right after years of producing, successfully promoting records in the 60’s, and opening for rock acts like The Animals, The Beach Boys, and America. He was named New Male Vocalist of the Year, and received Song of the Year and Vocal Duo of the Year honors from the Academy of Country Music, and the Horizon Award from the Country Music Association.

“Jeannie Seely” was the first Grand Ole Opry member to hale from Pennsylvania, the first to grace the Opry stage wearing a mini-skirt, and only the third female country artist to receive a Grammy Award; she’s that kind of country trailblazer! Her award-winning song, Don’t Touch Me, continues to hit many ‘best-of’ lists in music, and it’s been recorded by numerous big-name artists; however, only the version released by Miss Country Soul herself became a big hit. “Seely’s” also a prolific songwriter; she’s penned works for artists like Connie Smith, Ernest Tubb, Merle Haggard, Faron Young, and Little Jimmy Dickens.

Twin sisters, “Debbie & Carrie Moore”, known as country duo “Moore & Moore,” have shared the stage with a diverse group of artists including country legends Alabama, George Jones, Mickey Gilley, Kenny Chesney, Dierks Bentley, Smokey Robinson, Jerry Springer and the Temptations. Their accolades include performances on the Grand Ole Opry and an extensive tour with the Statler Brothers. Moore & Moore have written #1 songs, traveled the world, and have received numerous awards including “Country Duo of the Year” and "International Entertainer of the Year”.

You won’t want to miss this powerhouse celebration with “Bill Anderson,” “Moe Bandy,” “Janie Fricke,” “T.G. Sheppard,” “Jeannie Seely,” and “Moore & Moore!”
