“Shoji Tabuchi” has long enjoyed a treasured spot on the list of shows you just have to see while in Branson. In addition to the thrilling talent “Shoji” displays on the violin, the show features exquisite sets, singers each worthy of headlining a show, dancers with sensational flair and impeccable timing, an unrivaled band, and other performers who display skills honed by generations of Japanese entertainers. The variety of music is impressive; you’ll hear pop, country, and “Shoji” exhibit his expert training as a classical violinist. Also, on select dates, you can enjoy the beauty and talent of Shoji’s daughter, Christina, who’ll sing and dance her way into your hearts, and his wife, Dorothy, another talented and lovely lady who also produces the show.
At the “Shoji Tabuchi” theater, the only thing that attempts to outshine the brilliant production is the theater itself! With sumptuous decor everywhere, it’s a treat for the senses, especially the ladies’ and gentlemen’s restrooms. A feature for which most people reserve elegant decorating touches for private homes and five star hotels, these large and lavish rooms capture so much attention, they’ve landed on lists of best bathrooms and are displayed on postcards sold in the gift shop. Visitors often arrive at the theater and head straight to the restrooms rooms they’ve heard so much about, whether or not they need to use them! The ladies room boasts gilded accents, stunning colors, and feminine and thoughtful touches throughout. The gentlemen’s lounge feels as though it were created for just that...lounging! Black leather seating in the spacious sink area, and a billiards room with a hand-carved mahogany table, are extravagant touches. Both restrooms become resplendent in holiday dressing for Branson’s extended Christmas season. The grand entrance and magnificent lobby and gift shop all serve to give theater guests an amazing experience throughout.
Shoji's "The Wonder of Christmas" is one of the only Branson Christmas shows that is 100% Christmas. You really shouldn't miss this dazzling holiday event!
It’s a breathtaking feast for eyes and ears, from the theater facade to the electrifying production on stage; it’s the “Shoji Tabuchi” show, and it’s an entertainment extravaganza you’ll cherish forever!
