T. G. Sheppard & Kelly Lang
“T.G. Sheppard and Kelly Lang”…one night…one Branson stage…one phenomenal show! Save the date – July, 5 2017 – for this incredible husband and wife duo; it’s gonna be an awesome night!
“T.G. Sheppard” scored #1 hit status on 20 singles, including Devil in the Bottle, Last Cheater’s Waltz, Party Time, and I’ll Be Coming Back for More. The dashing country crooner with that rock-influenced, urban cowboy sound, established himself as a singer in his own right after years of producing, successfully promoting records in the 60’s, and opening for rock acts like The Animals, The Beach Boys, and America. His singing style perfectly suited a song he unsuccessfully shopped around to other artists; he decided to record it himself and Devil in the Bottle became his first country music chart topper...many more would come! He was named New Male Vocalist of the Year, and received Song of the Year and Vocal Duo of the Year honors from the Academy of Country Music, and the Horizon Award from the Country Music Association.
“Kelly Lang” has graced the stage of the Grand Ole Opry and the Ryman Auditorium. “Kelly” recorded her first Billboard single, Lady, Lady at the age of 15, and was soon appearing as a regular on Nashville’s popular Ralph Emery Morning Show. She moved to national attention as a frequent guest on the highly popular Music City Tonight, with Crook & Chase, televised on TNN. “Kelly” next made the finals of Ed McMahon's Star Search— bringing her vibrant, emotion filled vocal style to mainstream audiences. Along with balancing a busy career as a performing artist, “Kelly” is a highly sought after and accomplished songwriter and producer and her songs have been featured on the major motion picture screen and have been recorded by artists such as Lorrie Morgan, Jerry Lee Lewis, Crystal Gayle, George Jones, BJ Thomas, The Oak Ridge Boys, and Janie Fricke. The single and video for her popular breakup anthem I'm Done has received over 230,000 YouTube hits.
