FAQ

1. WHO CAN GO ON OUR ZIPLINE TOURS? Our tour is designed for use by anyone who is over the age of 8 Years Old.  You must be 16 years or older to zip alone.  The zipline can carry passengers up to 250 lbs.
2. HOW LONG IS A ZIPLINE ADVENTURE? If you’re taking a tour, you will spend around 2.5 hours on the tour.  It takes about 20 minutes to complete orientation and training.  The canopy tour tends to tak around 2 to 2.5 hours to complete.  You will get to ride all 7 ziplines that range from 450 to 2,000 feet long.
3. SHOULD I WEAR ANYTHING SPECIAL? When you’re planning to go on a zipline adventure, make sure you are wearing comfortable clothing.  Dress in layers based on weather.  Skirts are NOT permitted unless you are wearing shorts or pants underneath, and any loose clothing, like scarves and jewelry, should be removed.  Close-toed shoes are required, and long hair will need to be tied back.  You should remove everything out of your pockets, including cell phones, so they do not get lost on the floor of the forest.
4. WHAT IF IT’S RAINING OR COLD? You can definitely zip line in the rain, however, not if there is lightning.  Please know that the temperature can drop when you’re going on a zipline during the winter months, so please dress appropriately.
5. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN GO TOGETHER? The attraction can have up to 7 people per tour.  If your group consists of less than 7 people, you will like be pair up with another small group.
6. DO I HAVE TO WEAR ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT? Your guide will fit you securely into a seat harness.  You will also be given a helmet, gloves, a trolley system, which is what moves you along the cables, and 3 lanyards that have safety clips on them.
7. WHAT TO DO IF I’M RUNNING LATE TO MY TOUR? Due to strict scheduling and our of respect for other guests that arrive on time, the zipline does not delay for guests that arrive late.  All ticket sales are for the date and they are purchased for.  No refunds/credits or reschedules are allowed for anyone more than 10 minutes late for their tour time.

Zipline has a 24 Hour Cancel Policy. Please specify requested time in Special Requests field for both Adventure Zipline and for 4-Ride Track Card.
